John (Jack) H. Hall Jr. has focused his practice in the area of bankruptcy. Jack brings an extensive business background to his practice, having spent 15 years as an executive of two of the nation’s largest retailers at the time. His extraordinary experience has led him to appear both as creditor’s counsel and debtor’s counsel in U.S. Bankruptcy Courts across the country. Jack has also argued appeals in the U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeal. He has litigated numerous bankruptcy cases involving automobile dealerships, commercial transportation companies and other matters involving vehicle and equipment financing. Having represented parties in mega bankruptcy cases as well as smaller business owners and individuals provides Jack with a strong understanding of both the creditor’s and the debtor’s perspective. He brings a practical business point of view to his practice along with an in depth understanding of the law and economic realities, all of which has been furthered shaped by his military career. Jack is a retired Lieutenant Colonel in the Unites States Marine Corps.
